Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at merch@therroc.org with your order number. We cover shipping on exchange replacements, you cover return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it in full, shipping covered both ways.
